Nolitha’s Crèche, Kyamandi
Nolitha Gwele has dedicated her time to caring for and educating children since 2000 at her Crèche in Kayamandi. With assistance from friends, like Brandina Mbaya (who reached out on her behalf), her daughters, and the parents who can afford the monthly fee (which is very low), they have been managing to make do, however, they now need urgent assistance.
Nolitha is currently renting the property where the Crèche is situated; however, it needs a lot of work to make it a safe and friendly environment for the kids to play, learn, and be themselves.
At the moment, the roof is leaking in many of the spaces; the floor needs an extra layer of covering, the walls need some paint, and the children need educational toys and equipment. They also require a few basics.

We are also looking for a contact for persons who could make children’s tracksuits.
Nolitha owns a property in Kyamandi, which she wishes to develop as a permanent solution for the Crèche. So, the long-term goal would be to build a brand-new structure that caters to all needs.
